Coach Bio
Rick runs the U11 section and coaches the Merstham Lions. Holding a Level 1 FA Coaching Badge, Rick is passionate about player development and creating a positive football experience for every child. His coaching philosophy centres around teamwork, discipline, respect and helping players reach their full potential while enjoying the game.
